Shipping and Charges

Clinelle website offers FREE shipping throughout Singapore for online minimum purchases of $50 Nett or above.

Shipping is through SingPost (Smart Pac - up to 3kg) - $4.20 inc GST

 

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are delivered by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays.

 

Delivery process and lead time.

1. Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be posted out from Tuesday onwards and subject to 3-7 business days delivery, excluding Public Holidays
3. Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

 

Order tracking and delivery status

1.Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your order via www.singpost.com
2.In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc.

Multiple address delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Singapore only.
